First of all, Jean_The_Medic let me apologize for such a bad experience on our server. Usually, we are free from that kind of malicious players, but like you experienced firsthand sometimes that kind of players show up on the server and harass people, and what is worse there is no admin on the server to deal with that matter.  
From what I saw on pictures you kindly provided the player must be banned and stop from repeating this behavior ever again on EUC.

I personally thank you in front of my admin team, and whole EUC community for helping us out to keep the server clean as much as possible. Also, I would recommend adding our admin or myself on steam so you can call us in time of need.
