Sapper Angle Script

Hello there people, as you all know we have been given a new script which makes stops people from glitching earth works which i'm fine with because you know it's against the rules. But this one other things is that we have also made it so people can only place sapper props at a 25% angle which i as a okay sapper think is really stupid and useless for people that love to sapper because. First thing is the best angle which i use the most and most other sapper use is the 45% angle to make the ramps go up in a nice straight line which we can no longer do because of this silly Angle scripted. 

Second is that it makes it harder for people to build ramps on maps that need it for example the light house map and some other tight space where the only way in to get to the flag is by dying like 50 times because you have to run down a tight hall way or go through a door, it's will also take as much more fences to make the ramp actual go up in a nice straight line and will also take more bp to build the ramp which means we would have to then probably raise up the bp for attacking teams on this map and that could cause more tnt or props being spammed by trolls. 


i would like to ask if you could vote for having this angle script kept or remove it completely and leave it as it was. 


Can you only vote yes or no and give us a reason why you have chosen this because it seems some people want to cause problems with a simple vote. Not saying any names

Well... the thing is since now Glitch Earthworks are illigal, I believe that all earthworks should be disabled/removed since people will sometimes glitch with them, Which then creates and causes the admins to ban them for it. but I believe that the sapper angle script is great for ramp building though.

In my opinion: Disable Earthworks, Disable the angle script

You do know that the angle script will make it much harder for the ramps to be build up and use more props to get the ramp up to.

I agree with your points, but I voted keep because I believe the benefits out way the costs at the moment. At some point down the road maybe caesim could figure out how to give us the best of both worlds. I'm not a programmer, but as far as I understand it caesims scripts are currently all or nothing for all props. 

Benefits:
Even with no admins on, glitched earthworks will no longer be game breaking a problem.

Costs:
Sapper's will need to use more BP, and have a slightly harder time making ramps which is a great dynamic that most maps depend on atm. (however in some cases ramps can also be game breaking/unbalanced such as custom map 7, custom map 3, and fort hoenfels (day) in my opinion)

Well if you want the angle scripted removed then vote remove the scripted. 
Okay then I voted no and I will also put into that   all earthworks Should be disabled to prevent people from glitching them

or he could just leave the angles alone?

I agree with Max. Earthworks weren't that much of a problem, op ramps were. As for earthworks, it would be stupid to remove them, since they are core for some defenses. And recently there weren't too many people glitching them, even if they were, they were warned and glitched earthworks were undug. People now make normal earthworks which both look nice and help their teams.
